MedTech has concluded a comprehensive partnership agreement with the University of Michigan. Being the first of its kind between the University of Michigan and a partner University in Africa or the Arab world, this agreement includes a joint 3+2 program allowing students who complete 3 years at MedTech and who meet the admission requirements of University Michigan, to complete the last two years of their engineering education in the USA. At the end of the five years, students earn the Engineering Diploma from MedTech and a Master Degree from the University of Michigan. Furthermore, and thanks to this agreement, MedTech students can enjoy an 80% reduction in out of state tuition fees. The agreement opens important opportunities for the exchange of faculty and students and defines simplified procedures for outstanding MedTech graduates to join the Master program at the University of Michigan after completing their studies in Tunisia.
The University of Michigan, ranked 4th among American Public Schools and 6th Best Engineering Schools, was founded in 1817 and remains one of the most distinguished universities in the world and a leader in higher education, with over 51,000 students and 5,600 faculty at three campuses. The University of Michigan boasts of one of the largest health care complexes in the world, the best university library system in the country, and the some of the best computer access for students and faculty of any campus. Almost 50 percent of U-M students come from the top five percent of their graduating high school class and 66 percent are in the top tenth of their class. U-M is the largest pre-med and pre-law university in the country, and receives over $374 million in research expenditures annually, the largest research expenditure for any university in the USA.

MedTech has a partnership agreement with Aalborg University, known for its famous Centre for Tele-infrastructure (CTiF), thanks to which both schools can exchange students for internships, teaching and research. The agreement sets a framework for both Universities to collaborate on graduate programs in the area of Mobile Technologies and Entrepreneurship.
Aalborg University (AAU), 4th in Denmark and world’s top 50 according to QS World University Rankings in 2013, is a modern state university that over the years has grown to become a large and well-established research and teaching institution. The University offers a broad range of study programs and research in the fields of the Humanities, Social Sciences, Natural Sciences, Engineering and Medicine. Aalborg University is synonymous with problem-based learning and project work; a pedagogical approach that ensures the development of specific competencies within problem solving, in both theory and practice.

MedTech has a partnership agreement with the University of Waterloo setting the framework for the exchange of professors and students for teaching and research, especially in the area of Computer Systems engineering.

Consistently ranked Canada’s most innovative university (7th in Canada), the University of Waterloo is one of seventeen provincially assisted universities in Ontario offering North America's largest co-operative education program.

MedTech collaborates with Cranfield University in the area of power and energy technologies, specifically in the organization of continuing education courses for the MENA region. This has enabled a more general academic partnership to develop between both institutions.
Cranfield is the postgraduate specialist for research and teaching in science, engineering, technology and management, ranked as one of the top five research-intensive universities in the UK. Its Engineering & Technology School is rated 16th according to THE - QS World University Rankings.
